Trainee Program

The program begins with a captivating 2-week orientation, where our MTs are introduced to Zydus Wellness as an organisation and beyond. This includes a deep dive into our illustrious history, our journey, and our unwavering core values. Understanding the lifecycle of a product is vital to creating a lasting impact, which is why our MTs are introduced to key stakeholders across different functions. They experience firsthand how a product is conceptualized in our state-of-the-art R&D office, orld-class manufacturing facilities, and delivered to the end consumer.

Once the orientation is complete, our MTs embark on a transformative journey, where they are nurtured and empowered to create an impact. Over the course of 10 months, they undergo rigorous training, working on challenging projects across various functions. Here, they gain valuable insights into the intricacies of different roles and gain hands-on experience in their key functions.To ensure their continuous growth and development, we have established a robust review system. After every stint, our MTs receive feedback from their project mentor, HRBP, and Head of Department, with a focus on continuous improvement. We take pride in this program and are committed to fostering the next generation of leaders who will drive our business forward.
